The National Women's Political Caucus (NWPC) Is A National, Pro-Choice, Multi-Partisan, Grassroots Membership Organization Dedicated To Identifying, Recruiting, Training And Supporting Pro-Choice Women Candidates For Elected And Appointed Office at all levels of government regardless of party affiliation.
Our Impact
We are a pro-choice, nonpartisan, multicultural, inter-generational, and multi-issue grassroots organization dedicated to increasing women’s participation in the political process and creating a true women’s political power base to achieve equality for all women.
The NWPC-SGV actively supports women running for local office in the San Gabriel Valley, from school board to city council, the state legislature, and more.

In 2017, women represented 22% of state lawmakers. In 2022, the number of women jumped to 42%.
Events
NWPC San Gabriel Valley organizes and hosts a multitude of events face-to-face and online.
Our in-person and virtual events bring together our members with our endorsed and elected candidates. We discuss the most important issues facing women and children today and we also have a lot of fun. At NWPC-SGV events, you mingle and chat with our elected officials and friends.
Arleen Bocatija Rojas
Councilwoman, City of carson, district 4
Arleen Bocatija Rojas, is an active 31-year veteran Police Officer for LAPD and holds the title as the First Female Filipino-American Police Officer in the history of the department. On November 2, 2021, Arleen won a seat as a councilmember for the City of Carson.
