As former State Budget Director and State Controller, Betty showed what competent, accountable government can do. Arleen Bocatija Rojas is the District 4 Council Member for the City of Carson. Arleen is an active 31-year veteran Police Officer for LAPD, and holds the title as the First Female Filipino-American Police Officer in the history of the department. On November 2, 2021, Arleen won a seat as a council member for the City of Carson, District 4. Come and hear about her incredible journey.
